What gets removed
A successful deletion request removes your Dream Lab account, saved guides, personalization details, notification preferences, and linked billing information. Some records may be retained where law, security, or billing obligations require it.
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account
Deleting your Dream Lab account does not cancel a subscription with your payment provider. Before deleting your account, cancel a web subscription through billing in Dream Lab, or cancel an Apple or Google subscription through that store’s subscription settings. If you need help, contact support before deleting your account.
